Majestic Nets was founded with a simple observation: too many nets in the market fade, tear and sag long before they should, because they are made from recycled filler and loose process control. We set up our plant in the G.I.D.C. Chitra industrial estate to do it properly, with our own extrusion and knitting lines, virgin material only, and testing at every step.
Today our nets shade poly houses, protect orchards, wrap construction sites and cool parked cars across Gujarat and far beyond. Farmers, contractors and traders come back because the product does what the label says, season after season.

From Granule to Finished Roll, In House
Virgin HDPE Material
We start from 100% virgin high density polyethylene granules with premium UV masterbatch. No recycled filler ever enters our lines, which is why our nets hold their strength year after year.
Advanced Extrusion
Modern extrusion lines draw the granules into uniform monofilament round yarn with tightly controlled denier, the foundation of tear resistance and even shade.
Precision Netting Technology
Warp knitting machines lock the yarn into stable mesh in shade factors from 30% to 90%, with custom widths, reinforced eyelet edges and any colour on request.
Tested at Every Step
A net is only as good as its weakest metre. Our QC process makes sure there is no weakest metre.
